- Do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back to us. All shipments returned without a return authorization number (RAN) will be refused.

Refused Delivery
- If you refuse a delivery, your order will be refunded after deducting applicable restocking and shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please visit our Help Desk for detailed product return procedures.

- We offer a 100% money back guarantee on every unit of Solvaderm, LLC product we sell.
- If you are unhappy within 60 days from the date of receiving the order, request a return authorization number (RAN) and send back your units for a full refund.
- If the product does not work for you and your order was delivered less than sixty (60) days ago, we will refund your money.
- Note: Only 1 unit of your purchase product being returned can be used/opened, and the remaining bottles must be completely sealed and un-tampered to be eligible for a full money back return on those purchased units.
Follow the instructions below for a refund:
- To return a product, please obtain a Return Authorization Code by calling 1-888-211-8468 or sending a ticket to support@ihf.zendesk.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Mail the package via certified mail within 10 days after receiving your return order number to the provided address.
- The refund will be processed to the original form of payment, unless otherwise instructed. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your credit. You should see the credit in the next billing cycle.
- The guarantee applies ONLY to products purchased from this website.
- Shipping and handling charges are not included.
